Chisa Engineering Services and Projects (CESP) consists of two divisions namely manufactured components supply, Machine tool supply and maintenance and General building maintenance.
Manufactured components supply – Chisa Engineering supply fabricated products like Pipe & fittings, specialized fabrication, structural fabrication, etc. We also supply Steel to a range of customers like Transnet Engineering and PRASA
CESP have partnered with IM CNC Design (Pty) Ltd as their supplier development partner and hence the Machine tools supply and Maintenance is aimed at supplying new CNC machines and for Machine tool rebuilding, retrofitting, remanufacturing, field services and repairs
General Building Maintenance – In the past year CESP have been doing general building maintenance for Bidvest which include painting. Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc

Our Experts
Victor Khosa currently hold a BSc Eng (Mechanical) from Wits University, B Eng(Hons) (Mech) from University of Pretoria(UP) and MSc Eng in Project Management at UP. I am a registered professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). I have been accepted to write GCC (Mines) exams.
I have vast experience in Engineering projects in State Owned Entities (SOEs) and the private sector has broaden my scope of knowledge and abilities in Engineering, hence, CHISA engineering can run Projects from start to finish. I bring experience from organisations such as ESKOM, Exxaro Resources, Transnet.
My experience include amongst others, design of trailer coaches, Blue train and also safety lifting equipment’s; design of the coal handling plant at Camden Power Station on the Return to Service Station which all includes pump design for pumping water out at the tail ends of the conveyor belts and also Project Management during execution of the project; plant projects from feasibility to implementation; Grootegeluk Mine GG45 Chutes upgrade, Feasibility study on the installation of the Dense Medium Cyclone, Overhead crane installation at Area 06 workshop, GG2 Thickener upgrade, D8
Load out Station, Mamba dam pump system upgrade, Mobile crane replacement strategy, Cable reel drive arrangement replacement for Stacker Machines, Stacker/Reclaimer Machines rebuilds, Conveyor Belt Code of Practice compilation, Leeuwpan OI reserves Pre-feasibility study; the manufacturing of Locomotive’s car bodies; manufacturing of Trailers and Skips for Transnet Port Terminals; steel commodity, Scrap and also Capex projects; overseeing the engineering support to Operations, Innovation and development of new products to customers, Building relations with customers and providing support, initiating meeting with new customers to get more sales, responsible for engineering processes, development of engineering strategy to support the company strategy. I was involved in the Bulk water pipeline project in Giyani for Khato Civils.
Tshepiso Patience Khosa Profile currently hold a BSc (Psychology) from Wits University, an Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from UNISA and Management Development Programme from Gordon Institute of Business Studies (GIBS).
She have extensive experience in the HR field in Corporate and the mining industry. She brings experience from organisations such as The Careways Group, Exxaro, Glencore, Great Basin Gold and Wesizwe Platinum Mine. Her experience have been in HR Management and Development including but not limited to HR planning, recruitment, remuneration and rewards, performance management, talent management, policy development, benefits administration, employment relations, transformation, team alignment, organisational design and management, implementation and coordination of HR related projects.
Her experience in Human Resources Management was a vital resource in enhancing her business management skills, hence her involvement in different types of business projects.
